What this is

Ally Clinical is a free, editable one-page between-session check-in template for therapists. The free pilot described on the home page costs nothing and you can stop at any time.

Your responsibilities

You decide whether and how to use the template with clients, and you remain responsible for your clinical work and records. Ally Clinical is not a clinical instrument and doesn't receive client information. You keep ownership of your data and your decisions.

No guarantees

I work carefully, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. I'm not liable for indirect losses, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me (for the free pilot, nothing).

Not affiliated

Ally Clinical is an independent project. It is not a clinical service, does not provide therapy or medical advice, and is not affiliated with Heard or any professional body.

Changes and ending

Either of us can stop at any time by email. If these terms change, the date above will change.
