What I collect

If you email me, I keep your name, email address, business name and what you wrote. If you send me files to work on (feedback on the template), I use them only to make your deliverable.

I don't request any client information or protected health information (PHI). Please don't send me client names or details. The template is yours to use in whatever channel you already use with clients.

What I use it for

To reply to you, to do the work you asked for, and to follow up a small number of times about Ally Clinical. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it except with the email and file-storage services I use to run this.

How to opt out

Reply "no" to any email from me and I won't email you again. You can also ask me to delete what I have about you by writing to matt@allyclinicalhq.com, and I will.
